Irina O’Rear is a former Russian judge who now lives in Florida and is currently president of the U.S. branch of the International Bar Association. Her insider’s perspective on Russian adoption makes her book a uniquely informative resource for Russia adopters.
The book begins by discussing why parents might choose to adopt from Russia. From there, the author describes what to expect in Russia—everything from travel information to what to expect in court.
