As of April 2012, Kazakhstan completed the process of becoming a Hague partner with the United States. The goverment body responsible for adoption received approval for revised procedures on accrediting agencies and processing adoptions. In May 2012, Kazakhstan approved two U.S. accredited adoption agencies to process adoptions: Little Miracles and Across the World Adoptions.
