David J. Radis has specialized in adoption law
since 1976.  His practice focuses on intrastate,
interstate, independent and agency-identified
adoptions.  Mr. Radis is a founding fellow of the
Academy of California Adoption Attorneys (ACAL)
and a founding member of the American Academy of
Adoption Attorneys (AAAA).  He strives to provide
a warm and caring atmosphere and addresses the
emotional needs of both the birth mother and
adoptive parents while guiding them through the
complexities of adoption law.  He helps by
educating the adoptive parents in their outreach
as well as locating the majority of birth parents
through his own research.
