Jennifer, selected as a Rising Star for the 2010
Maryland Superlawyers Magazine by her peers for
her work in family law, specically adoption and
reproductive law, handles adoption and assisted
reproduction technology matters for her clients. 
She has extensive experience in private and agency
adoptions, donor agreements and gestational
carrier arrangements.  She assists clients in
securing second parent, LGBT, relative, domestic,
international re-adoption and step parent
adoptions.  She has lectured for the American Bar
Association, Maryland State Bar, RESOLVE, MICPEL,
National Business Institute and local bar
assoications on adoption and surrogacy.  She is a
published author in the areas of adoption and
surrogacy and has been a been a panel speaker on
the local cable t.v. station discussing adoption
and surrogacy in Maryland.  She was elected a
fellow of the American Academy of Adoption
Attorneys in 2007 and a founding member of the
American Academy of Assisted Reproduction
Technology Attorneys.
